1. Seller Identity

2. Legal Age

Buying wine and making bookings is reserved for persons aged 18+ in accordance with Spanish law. By placing an order, you declare you are of legal age.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of pricing errors or lack of stock.

4. Shipping

We ship within mainland Spain and the European Union. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days. Delivery requires an adult signature.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under art. 102 of Spain's RDLeg 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, except for perishable/personalised products (including redeemed gift cards and held events). Contact david@bodegastrenza.com to initiate a return.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards (format TRZ-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) are valid for 12 months from issuance, are not redeemable for cash, and may be used partially.

7. Events & Bookings

Event bookings may be cancelled from your account up to 48 h before. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Bodegas Trenza may reschedule events due to force majeure.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order amount. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or product.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Alicante, without prejudice to consumer jurisdiction.
